Spa Policies

Services are available by appointment; a credit card is required to reserve all spa services.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% fee, or gift card value will be reduced by half. No shows will be charged 100% fee.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

With respect to the spa environment, use of cell phones in treatment rooms or back waiting area is not permitted.

Pets shall not be allowed in the facilities, with the exception of animals for handicapped patrons. Rule 130-5-07 Pets

E-gift cards and physical gift cards may be redeemed for services or retail products and must be presented at the time of appointment or purchase. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Learn more on our Gift Card page.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service. Late arrivals (15 mins or more) cannot be accommodated with an extension of scheduled service times and guest will be responsible for full service fee.
