Yes, this treatment is safe for all skin types and colors.RF Microneedling is unlike any other laser treatment in that only uses radiofrequency energy. The microneedles precisely deliver the radio frequency energy into the dermis tissue, minimizing any risk for darker skin tones.
The procedure itself takes approximately 20 minutes plus an additional 30 minuted to prep the skin and numb it.
To help achieve optimal results a series of 3 treatments are suggested 4 weeks apart. Depending on skin conditions, optimal results may require three to six sessions. However, many patients report improvement after their very first session.
There is minimal downtime associated with RF Microneedling treatments.
