• Ability to educate Natural Body clients and create retail sales
• Proficiency in computer based POS, scheduling and inventory control systems

• Flexible work schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays

Reporting Path

The coordinator reports to the Lead Coordinator, Assistant Director or Spa Director

Responsibilities:

• Spa etiquette and professionalism
• Exceptional customer service delivery
• Punctual time & attendance
• Appointment scheduling and rebooking
• Retail sales through client product knowledge education
• Assists with inventory control processes
• Regular attendance at monthly employee meetings and promotional events
• Administrative tasks: data entry, filing, confirmation calls
• Light housekeeping: dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming retail, spa, relaxation areas
• Additional duties as deemed necessary by the assistant spa director, spa director or training services coordinator
